No Spamming: This includes both text and voice chat.
No Scamming: Losing a deal isn't scamming, but deceitful practices are.
No Cheating: Using any kind of cheat or external program to gain an advantage (like ESP, aimbots, etc.) will result in a permanent ban.
No Terror Actions or Advertisements: These are currently prohibited.
No Evading Punishment: Do not use alternate accounts to avoid bans or punishments.
No Unapproved Advertising: Do not advertise other servers, Discords, YouTube channels, etc., without permission.
Respect Staff Decisions: Staff have the final say on all rule interpretations and enforcement.
No Real Money Trading (RMT): Transactions involving real-world currency are not allowed.
General Rules
No Random Deathmatch (RDM): Killing or harming players without a valid RP reason is prohibited.
Respect New Life Rule (NLR): Do not use information from a previous life or return to the place of death within 3 minutes.
Avoid Metagaming: Don't use out-of-character (OOC) knowledge in roleplay.
No Text or Microphone Spam: Keep communications clear and to the point.
Proper Demotions: Any demotion must be for a valid reason.
Don’t Destroy Items Without Reason: Only destroy items during a raid or if it's necessary.
Respond Responsibly: If shot, you may defend yourself, but ensure you're targeting the right person.
Tip Jar Rules: Non-hobos can use tip jars only for trades, not to beg for money in public.
Text Screen and Advert Rules: Text screens must be easy to read and must be clearly placed outside the front/entrance of your base.
Adverting Rules
Advertise All Crimes: Raids, mugging, and kidnappings must be advertised.
Specific Adverts for Specific Actions: Be clear when adverting PD or bank raids—general adverts like "/advert raid" aren't enough.
No Multipurpose Adverts: Each advert should be for a single action (e.g., No multi-adverts like Raid/mug).
Keep KOS Reasonable: Only kill players who pose a threat; don’t kill indiscriminately.
Adverts are IC: All adverts are considered IC, so other players can use this information for their RP.
Counter Rules
All Counters Must Be Adverted: You can counter anyone, but cannot counter a counter.
Exceptions for Government Officials: Government roles do not need to advert counters.
Gang and Party Rules
Gang Zone Rules: You may only engage in combat with others within the gang area if you are inside it yourself.
No Abuse of Mechanics: Don’t exploit the gang area to avoid or block bullets.
Commit to Captures: Once you start capturing a gang flag, you must commit to it.
Team Play: Members of the same gang or party can defend each other without needing to advert.
Building Rules
Follow Staff Guidance: Modify your constructions if requested by staff.
No Blocking NPCs: Ensure NPCs are accessible.
Proper Building Signs: Use signs at all entrances while building; hobos cannot use building signs.
Limit Fading Doors: Maximum of 4 for entrances and 2 additional for protecting valuables.
Clear Visibility: Props must be visible; no invisible or virtually invisible, overly dark materials. No using world glow.
Fair Bases: Bases must be accessible and raidable by a single player using standard tools. This means a single player should be able to raid a base by themselves.
Respect Base Size: Every area must be large enough to fit at least 2 players in all directions (not including standing on top of one another) without getting stuck. The only exception to this is if it is in a building where you physically cannot help this, for example, a staircase that only allows 1 person to go up at a time.
Avoid Maze Bases and Fake Keypads: You cannot have fake keypads, this means you cannot have a keypad in front of your fading door that does nothing. The keypad needs to work and be clearly in front of your fading door.
Shooting Holes: You are allowed shooting holes, but these need to stay open for 5 seconds (if a fading door).
Shooting Hole Size: All shooting holes need to be a reasonable size, this can and will be measured using the lampshade prop as this is a fair size to allow both players to see each other.
Visibility During Shooting: When shooting, both the raider and the defender of the base must be able to see each other clearly! This means the base owner cannot have an unfair advantage, such as only being able to see their feet.
Crouch and Jump Bases: Crouch and jump bases are strictly forbidden! You are allowed ONE crouch entrance or exit (into your base), it cannot be both. If you are making a crouch entrance, then it has to lead from crouching to one player height instantly.
One Valid Entrance: You only need one VALID way into your base for people to raid, for example, if you are basing in the sewers and there are 2/3 ways into your base, you are allowed to prop block the others and keep one as the actual way in.
No One-Way Props: No one-way props are allowed.
No Fading Floors: This means you cannot make the player drop down into a killbox or something similar.
No Fading Doors in Tunnels: If you have blocked off part of a map or buildings, that is fine, however, if you are making a tunnel in between the bases, you cannot have fading doors within this tunnel. Each building will have a limit of the original 4 fading doors for the base and 2 for valuables, as this will count as an individual base.
Base Rules
One Building Per Player: You may only own one building per person, so if you are wanting to block an area that has 5 buildings for example, then you need 5 players, one for each building.
Respect Public Areas: Do not build in the street or block public access points.
KOS Signs: KOS (Kill on Sight) signs must be clear, visible, and have specific reasons listed.
Illegal Actions Rules
Timing and Ransoms: Kidnappings every 20 minutes, with a maximum ransom of $50,000. Muggings every 10 minutes with a $10,000 max demand.
No AFK Targets: Do not target AFK players for kidnapping or mugging.
Mugging Protocol: Give ample time for players to comply during muggings.
Timing and Purpose: Raids should occur every 5 minutes, with a 20-minute cooldown on the same person. The goal is to obtain valuables, not just to kill.
Respect Building Signs: Do not raid bases with active building signs.
No Exploiting Mechanics During Raids: Avoid tactics like spamming doors or using banned items.
